Foot massage and reflexology

Foot massage stimulates the muscles, relieves tension and increases the activity of white blood cells, which help our body to fight disease and improve circulation, removing toxins and waste from the body.

Foot reflexology is based on the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine. Pain when massaging certain parts of the foot indicates an imbalance and blocked energy in the corresponding part of the body.
